Modern comfort. Friendly staff.

Fantastic stay. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Bed is comfy. Room service is pricey but delicious. Love the ambience and care that is put into this hotel. I love staying here anytime I’m in the area. It’s walking distance to the peacock theater which is a plus as well.

Not an elegant experience.

I was surprised that the hotel rooms and furniture are looking shabby. Our first room had a very noisy air conditioning/ heater unit and a shower that was not user friendly. We were allowed to switch rooms and the employees were very helpful. The lobby, bar and restaurant were VERY cold.

These benches and sofas are decaying need to be replaced? Headboard needs to be replaced on the bed. Heater does not really put out. Heat engineering said they would send a portable heater to the room they never followed through

This place was just amazing, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were in excellent condition and the service was top notch. I will definitely be coming back here.
