OK but with problems

An ok tourist style hotel but with problems. There was only one coffee mug in the room and no drinking glasses. However there were two small bottles of water in the room for a charge of 5 dollars each. You can see where their priorities lie. When we checked in, we wanted something to eat and was directed to their in house bar/restaurant. We asked about other possibilites and was told that they were all closed. We decided to check the Sonnesta Hotel next door and found three restuarnats open. We ate at one of them. Again you can see where the Hyatt pirorities lie.The breakfast was not very good and the room was very noissy. Sicne we had a mid aftrenoon flight, I wanted to extend my check out time. I was begrudgingly given an extra hour. I wanted an extra two hour. Iwas told that it was not possible since I booked through a third party and not directly with Hyatt even though I am a Hyatt rewards member. If you just want a place to rest your head then ok but if you want more then look elsewhewre.

Decent option for a hotel stay near airport. We used it as a base to go to the game at Sofi stadium Rooms were good enough for short stay. Restaurant was pretty basic although the staff nice Main thing is airport shuttle. It seemed to be the worst service of all the airport hotels. Stay elsewhere if this is important

Nice but noisy

The room was very great, clean, modern, lot of space & light. I put a damper on the sound isolation : view on the airport is nice but it is very noisy. Also, the cocktails from the bar were not good.
