The room was nice and our stay was good. The only thing unpleasant is check in: I did not put my husband’s name on the reservation and he arrived with our two kids earlier than I did. The front desk would not allow them to check into the room, even though it was 10pm and they just got of an international flight of 14 hours. I called and explained and still no use.
