We arrived later than expected due to our delayed flights and found that our room had been changed to an accessible friendly room (which we were not needing). Over booking caused multiple people to sleep in the lobby on the couches. Our bed had blood stained sheets. Was unfortunate to have happen after such a long travel day.

Hyatt Place was great! Clean & comfortable room with a great view. Great breakfast in the mornings that was included. Easy to walk to & from the Starbucks next door & the restaurant options at other hotels were great. Uber was easy to access & shuttle service we booked to SoFi was easy to & from even back to hotel!
