The chair in the room had this weird stain on it. Also I don’t know how else to explain but the floor in the room was not level some of the furniture legs were like fixed with the screw bottoms to make them seem even but it still felt off. Soap dispensers did have soap but didn’t work and whole place felt really small even for two average size people. Other than that stay was okay just expected a little more for what I paid.

Liked that the inside was really clean and looked nice. Didn’t like how small everything was inside the rooms itself. Really didn’t like there was no safe parking for the hotel unless you paid for valet service each day.

Pros: -15 minute walk to Little Tokyo -clean -service is quick: front desk answers all questions & valet was fast -Short wait for elevator & smooth ride Cons: -They should give fair warning about not having their own parking lot. -Also front desk via phone call should be considerate and say go inside to check in to get the $40 dollar valet. -$100 dollar security deposit should be mentioned. -Blow drying in restroom doesn’t work.

The cars going through the 2nd St. tunnel can potentially wake you at night if you’re a light sleeper. I was up pretty late doing homework during my stay and I heard cars either revving their cars on purpose or perhaps racing through the tunnel, which didn’t matter to me because I slept good once I was done for the night. Besides that, everything else was up to par. From the gentleman who helped me check in to the convenience of the location to the cleanliness. Thank you!

Staff très courtois. L’hôtel n’était pas achalandé et ils ont été en mesure de nous transférer après la première nuit dans une chambre “côté moins bruyant”. Il y a de la construction tout près, avec machinerie parfois bruyante tôt le matin. Mais le plus nuisible pour dormir était le vacarme que font certaines voitures en roulant à toute vitesse dans le tunnel au coin de la rue. Assourdissant! Odeur désagréable en sortant de l’ascenseur à l’étage, mais chambre très propre et nettoyée chaque jour. Petit réfrigérateur et micro ondes. Quartier très sécuritaire. Petit café juste à côté et bar intéressant à quelques pas de l’hôtel. Somme toute, nous y sommes restés une semaine et ce fut un séjour très agréable.

the stay was good the shower was too small not enough room because I'm tall and lengthy the bed comfortable rest well the room window was in front of hotel where I can hear all the noise

A nice no frills central hotel close to transit. I stay here when I need to do things downtown. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn’t face the alley, there’s multiple dumpsters that get emptied every other day around 4am

You get what you pay for. It would be a four-star if the bathrooms were in better shape. Also, the walls are fairly thin, which means you can hear your neighbours next to you and upstairs. A perk of this hotel is that it's near some attractions like Little Tokyo. The hotel is also near a metro station; thus, travelling to other attractions is very easy. Hotel workers and the greeters are steller though! :)
