Room picture online did not rellect actual room, which as absurdly small. Bed was uncomfortable and toilet was broken and ran all night. Hotel staff rides the toilet in the morning and the manager agreed to refund our remaining 3 nights

The hotel was fine. You get what you pay for. The room was small, but I was only in town for a few days so no big deal. Not much in terms of amenities. No gym and no on site restaurant, so no room service. Nothing for sale in the hotel, so if you forget anything like toothpaste, razor etc., you would have to leave the hotel to buy it. The location was very convenient and there are a couple of places right next to the hotel for breakfast, dinner etc. Overall, ok. The price was very reasonable for downtown LA.

The reason for the low rating is one there was no hot water due to faulty boiler. Second the parking was only valet and they charge a lot to park your car and it did not state this on website when i booked the room!!
