Great hotel for easy access to LAX. clean, friendly, and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. the only issue was the temperature on the AC. 73 was cold and 74 was hot. had to get up in the middle of the night to adjust. other than that. the room was great.

I was a bit disappointed that the TV and coffee machine weren’t working, and one of the beds felt like it had sand or crumbs on it. The tv was fixed within a reasonable time but I was too exhausted to deal with the other issues.

Toilet was stuff up!! Luckily I was only staying for the night I’m sure they knew this room had toilet issues. Room was surprisingly less than any other hotel in LAX for Sunday night

I called for housekeeping three consecutive days, but they never arrived. On the first day, I was advised to call before 11 AM to schedule the service. However, I called both days before 9 AM and before 8 AM, but the housekeeping still didn’t show up while I was out in the city. I’m puzzled by what I needed to do to get fresh towels, but they were never provided to me.

The room or bedding Wasn't very clean. The shower had some mold. I was informed until after that i completed my transaction that would have to be paying a $12 Per day "LA pretection fee ".

charged random fees and no one will give me a direct answer on why. very frustrated . got charged. a 100 dollar deposit they said they won’t give me back, got charged 97 dollars for parking but parking is 55 dollars a day, paid for 2 night parking (121) but. got charged 36 dollars for breakfast which i paid for when i maid reservation , basically got charged over 300 dollars but the recipet says 220. staff doesn’t even know what’s going on . very disappointed, will never come back and no one has given me a direct answer for all these charges

We were there for about 12 hours for a long layover but enjoyed our stay. Clean spacious, loved the big bathroom. The night staff could be a little more responsive but i can understand there just being one person. Used the shuttle twice and it was very convenient.
