The disappointing thing for me as a person with a disability and in a wheelchair. I requested an accessible room due to my disability and when getting to the hotel, I was told I had an accessible room with a king size bed, but we could not have the room because it was three people Cell, my daughter and my grandson. The only other room the representative said she could offer me with a bedroom with two queen beds, but it was not an accessible room! Due to it not being accessible room I did not have access to the tub or the shower certain areas in the room I could not get to in my wheelchair. That was very, very disappointing!

The computer was down so we were asked to wait. Finally, went back y said it has been too long we need our room. As soon as we fell asleep, our room opened and 2 ladies walked in and screamed because we were in their bed! Just fell asleep and the phone rang - it was from the ladies friends. Just fell asleep again and there was a knock on the door and was told the computers were now working and we needed to come down and check-in!! I told them I would check-in when I checked out, which would now be withon the hour. We did Not sleep all night!! When I checked out, I told them I needed to check'in. I was told it wasnt necessary. Then why did staff knock I n my door at 2;30 am to tell us to come down and check-in?? Our flight was a late arrival with an early departure, after a 13 hour flight. And, the most miserable stay at a hotel ever!!! No sleep at all! I paid for the room just to sleep for 4 hours!!!

DO NOT stay here!!!!!!!! They charge $55 a night to park it seems like it’s been remodeled hut very dirty and smells! We will never come back here.

Despite advertising a 24:7 airport shuttle, you shuttle absolutely not depend in this hotel to honor their claims. Waited for 50 minutes for the shuttle and tried calling the hotel several times. Zero answer. I called Hilton corporate who also tried calling them and they would not answer that, either. Finally the shuttle showed up and there were 40+ people waiting. We all crammed in, so crowded that I had to stand on the stairs with all my luggage and balance. Then upon getting to the hotel, obviously we all need to check in now so another ridiculous wait. Stay at any of the other hotels nearby. I watched THEIR shuttles pass us all by several times!

This hotel was actually more pleasant than expected after choosing it primarily to have shuttle service from the airport. We were kindly greeted and went right to our room, which was clean comfortable and updated. I noticed outdoor space/patio was available to all on the end of another floor and that the lobby offered opportunities which to sit and or visit. Because of the nature of our visit a long layover we primarily rested and showered. The hotel itself was quite busy with a variety of other guests some noisier than others but generally our sleep was undististurbed. It does have a good restaurant across the street and other food choices but the location is close to the airport and therefore the street is very busy so you are subject to traffic and traffic noise, making it not as pleasant or walkable especially if you have young children. On the positive side there is a McDonalds and Starbucks flanking the hotel on the same side of the street. I would recommend this hotel If you are looking for a hotel that offers the LAX shuttle and a place to sleep, shower and go out for a long day in the city, however I would recommend another Hilton property elsewhere in the city for longer visits and a calmer more pleasant stay that shows Los Angeles in a better light.
