It was a good stay mostly just few small things wrong till the next morning. A few of the small things is: my hamburger was extremely undercooked and there was no conditioner in the shower. The main thing was in the morning at 6am there were protesters right outside the door and management didn’t make them leave. They were there at least hour before we had to leave. When we were leaving didn’t really felt safe. Extremely disappointed with the Brand of Hilton because of this.

Room was great except I requested a room service for the next morning and it was not done when I was back in our room late that night. Towels not enough to use that whole day and evening too and second day, cause we were there for an e event, had no time and NZ to ask and odor towels, we had to ask for an extra towel in the 3rd morning. The receptionist was so rude. I was waiting in line to check in and she requested I let the man behind me go ahead… I figured it’s a short exchange, no he was also checking in! She received him with a huge smile but didn’t even thank me for allowing him to cut the line.

Parking is too expensive and shuttle driver was rude and she was so unprofessional did no want to transport anyone with a bigger suitcase didn’t help at all.

The airport shuttle was nothing short of woeful - the airport was incredibly busy but we waited nearly 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and when it did it was packed. We saw several different hotel shuttles pass by several times whilst we were waiting. On top of this we were told when we checked in we could have a late check out of 2 hours free of charge, this turned out not to be true when I went to confirm this in the morning of a our check out day. This was incredibly frustrating. During our stay between 10-11:30pm there was very loud drilling, we weren’t sure if this was coming from outside or actually in the hotel itself but it was very disruptive when we were trying to get to sleep.
