The staff at this hotel was rude. We had one nice gentleman help us during the day when our room keys stopped working. Everyone else that we encountered was not friendly. It was frustrating when our room keys stopped working, not just once, but twice.

We attempted to call the day of to alert that our flight was arriving at 1am, and we would be a late check-in. You can never speak with a LIVE person. The AI tells you that all will be fine as this is common. When we arrived that night, we were informed by the one employee that we HAD NO ROOM even though we called and paid for it!!!! The only policy they have is to refund you, which doesn't help at all at 2am in LA!!!!! I felt incredibly bad for Jesus who was working the desk, as his shift stared at 11pm. He was not responsible but has to endure the utter frustration of customers. Def not fair to him!! Hope he is paid well, but I imagine not enough. Another customer was in the lobby with the exact same issue. After begging Jesus did tell me there were 2 dirty rooms. We waited in the lobby for about an hour for one of those. We were 4 adults so one king bed for all of us was NOT the accommodations we paid for. Will NEVER stay here again!!!!
