Staff not helpful and support lacking, poor management, hotel rooms are not appropriate for stays due to faulty and inconsistent air conditioning (no central AC, it has wall units), humidity/moisture, poor air quality, and very strong smells of smoke and weed. This hotel charges extra fees and the parking is ridiculously expensive ($55/night). Breakfast is overpriced. Location of the hotel is close to the airport, but there are lots of homeless right outside.

It took 90 minutes to get a shuttle to the hotel, even after seeing said shuttle pass 3 times. I called the hotel twice before a second person called the shuttle to make them pick me up at the spot. I was going to do a ride share but the location to ride share was farther from where I was given the luggage’s I had. My room was not turned over till the third night of stay and no coffee in the lobby or replenishment of coffee pods in the room. Not worth the price. 2 stars because the lady working at the breakfast area got me a seat by a wall plug so I can work. She also gave me coffee on day 3 since I didn’t have any and none in the lobby. Stay somewhere else if you’re not obligated to stay there. I’m Hilton honors member and this was subpar.

They told me when i checked in that the airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. When i arrived at the designated spot at 825 i was told it just left, and wouldnt be back for 30 munutes. The front desk told me there is no schedule - it just goes and comes back whenever. Given its proximity to the airport i would imagine this would be important to most guests. Instead of a free shuttle i had to pay $25 for an Uber. Also, they charged me $12 for an "LA Worker's fee, and you saidvall fees were included. So i paid $37 more for my one night stay.

The Airport Shuttle was super convenient and the staff was really nice. The breakfast buffet was not worth $22. Certain things that are standard in hotel rooms were missing, like for example I couldn't find a pen anywhere.

Stay only 1 night to take early flights Room = clean and spacious. It seemed like the property was renovated recently. Noise = near LAX airports = Sure we can hear airplanes taking off and landings Shuttle bus = on-time and the driver is very courtesy Near car rentals return centre: a plus for me since I can walk back to hôtel without the hassle of going back to airport and then take the hotel Shuttle to get bacl to the hotel

The first room we had. The air conditioner was broken. The front desk was very busy, and there Customer service was average seemingly due to how busy they were. We purchased the breakfast package, and the restaurant staff attempted to have a sign a receipt saying we agreed to pay 90 or so dollars for breakfast. Even though it was included. When I explained, I wasn’t comfortable the breakfast staff got aggravated with my decision not to sign the receipt. Lastly, the parking was very expensive.

Check-in was easy. There was a line but it progressed rapidly, the TV is very limited in channels. The lights around the bed don't work. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi is very difficult to connect. That's why the rating on my review is three. It requires you to join their Hilton's honors and enter all your contact information before you can connect to the Wi-Fi. Even if you've checked in, entered your name and your room number.
