Very clean room. Water pressure in shower was decent. Easy access for rideshare. Easy parking. Check-in took about 15 minutes. Bed was very firm. Pillows were too soft.

Checked In Friday, Room Smelled Moldy Ended Up Finding Out Their Was A Water Leak In The Bathroom Coming From The ROOF! We Left For Dinner & Came Back To The Whole Bathroom Floor Wet & Carpet As Well! We Then Got Another Room, & By Sunday My Key Cards Werent Working. It Was A Little Bit Of A Disaster & I Wasnt So Happy But At The End Were All Safe & Sound.

The front desk was friendly, however, they didn’t tell me about parking and I ended up paying 160 for two nights because they didn’t communicate how parking worked, when it was $55 a night. My room was not all the way clean. The sink was clogged, and the toilet seat was dirty when we arrived. Our housekeeper was a couple doors down when we left our room and we came back six hours later and she was in the same spot. I bought her our towels to do a swap, and she never brought the replacements. She just disappeared. We had to go downstairs to get new towels

Staff was… not very friendly at all. We actually were waiting for the elevator once and when it opened a staff member cut us off got in the elevator and pushed the door close button and left without us. Was very strange. Our hotel room had a plug that had broken off in one of the outlets which seemed kind of hazardous. The surrounding area in Inglewood so… if you know you know, it’s not the safest but I wouldn’t expect it to be.

So they was able to check me in early which was great. However, I was there 4 days and housekeeping didn't clean my room. None of those days. I had to get clean towels from the desk. And on the last night the air conditioner failed in the room but the staff quickly relocated me to another room so that was pretty good.
