The property is conveniently close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is available onsite and connected to the hotel. The free shuttle to the airport is convenient but took 45 minutes to arrive at 7am on a Wednesday, so plan accordingly.

The only one thing which I really wanted and haven’t found: the black tea (to make fresh brewed tea I need to have a pouch of tea). But actually it’s a small issue, I am usually ready for this “tea challenge” because everyone else drinks coffee and tea is not available.

The airport shuttle was not easy to find. When I called from the airport to find the pickup spot, the girl told me the bus was not running that day. It was around 8:00 pm. Once we checked into the room, I called front desk , twice, to inquire about WiFi. No one answered my call. Also, the room was not comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Not only that, it wouldn’t stay closed, it would slide in and out. That was terrible.

I recently stayed at this hotel and when I arrived there was no parking available onsite. I was told to park at another lot down an alley. I had to pay to come and go from parking structure and walk to and from the hotel every time including check in/out with my luggage. When I checked out of the hotel my card on file was charged with the for parking onsite at the hotel also, when I called and spoke with the manager he was very rude and said he would refund my money but it’s been a week and nothing had been refunded.

At 2 am parking lot to north had a truck beeping/ backing up every 15 minutes for a couple of hours and then car alarm went off 3 times. Some kind of work going on. Could not sleep because of it
