Finding the shuttle from LAX was probably the least convenient from surrounding hotels - there are 3 HGIs in LAX and each has a different shuttle and it's up to you to figure out which is which. They also don't come by too frequently. Rooms are decently equipped but with a pretty barebones design. Woke up before sunrise and half the lights wouldn't turn on after working the night before. It's an okay option, not great not terrible

Did not read the reviews until i booked this and everything was true. Shuttle is not reliable. Staff not very helpful. Rooms were not the cleanest. I would suggest booking elsewhere. I tried the food at the restaurant and it was overpriced and not good at all. I will say the bartender was nice and the manager was also nice. Other than that i would give it a 2 star.

Out of all the hiltons I’ve stayed at this has got to be the worst one. The staff were nice but the room was not clean. Had to change my room and the bathtub still was dirty but i cleaned it. It disappointed me because i expected better from Hilton. Never again

The restaurant on site does not provide ample options for different dietary restrictions. There is not a lot of dining options in the surrounding area either. The room I was in had a door between my room and the other room and the people in the other room were playing their music for a long time. The air conditioners in the rooms are very noisy also.

Thank you to all the stuff especially Carolina at the front desk, very friendly and professional. Just the parking fees are too high for a self parking, I had stayed at other hotel at downtown LA that offers valet parking and they charge $60. Three years ago was $30 per day at this LAX’s location, I know that now it’s under a different company but I will appreciate if you reconsider those fees. Thank you again !!

Shuttle was easy to catch from LAX. Had an early flight, they were able to store luggage until check in. Looks like the property is in the final finishing touches in converting to Hilton Garden Inn.
