Super upset. Worst stay ever. Shuttle is not reliable we had to take an uber to the airport and pay for it. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to stay one night because I came in too late for the train. The Airport Transportation was good and reliable. Room was clean. Options for room service or reasonable at the time I came in. They do charge for breakfast. Normally Hilton breakfast is free. There are options around the hotel. The only problem I had was the elevators were not functional. I suggested to the management to put a sign on the one that wasn’t working. The manager put a sign on every floor. He started on the first floor, took the elevator up to each floor, so I thought that was pretty good.Thank you. There was a mechanical crew on site almost immediately. So I felt they were doing their best.

the shuttle took hour to get to the airport upon arrival. The facility had to resturant or lounge. You had to eat out, or they would ordr food for you and bring to your room, so you had to eat in your room if you let them order your food. Upon arising the next morning, there a letter under door stating that the hot water would be off from 10am to 6pm. It was just a horribe experience all around. Never again.
