We chose this hotel as it was fairly close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. We arrived at LAX at 11pm and the hotel states a shuttle should arrive every 30 minutes. We ended up waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes and even called the hotel 4 times and was not helped at all. Upon check in at almost 1 am I shared this information with the staff there and nothing was done to make it right. No empathy for the horrible situation, it truly felt like the staff did not care.

Airport shuttle was easy to find. One driver was not good about letting us know that we were at our hotel so we didn’t get off. We then got off at the last stop not knowing it was a parking lot.

The hotel is very upscale feeling, but the price is not. I don't like the parking garage. The support pillars with larger cars make parking very tight.

The people that worked there were very helpful ,polite and courteous. I had breakfast was very good ,alittle pricey but not unreasonable, shuttle ran continuously to the airport .very good experience overall
