I recently stayed at this property with a group of five,
Pros:
-The space was well-suited for our group of five. Because there was a sofa bed
-Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient.
Cons:
-On the first day of check-in, the fire alarm went off and we were told to evacuate. When we got downstairs, there were conflicting instructions — some said it was safe to go back up, but the fire department was still investigating a lit paper thrown down the trash chute.
-The kitchen lacked large pots, we couldn’t even boil pasta properly because the available cookware was too small.
-The pool area was disappointing. The building structure blocks most of the sun, and the little bit that does shine through disappears quickly. In contrast, nearby properties had sun exposure until evening. Most guests ended up crowding into the small jacuzzi, at one point there were 11 people in it.
-The front desk never answered the phone. I had to go down in person every time I needed something.
-It took housekeeping 2hrs to bring a wine opener.
-Biggest issue: I left $400 under the lamp in the room. I and was told no one had yet entered the room and it was left untouched.I was confident the money was still there. 2hrs later, after no call back, I reached out again and was told the housekeeping manager had finally checked and found nothing.
The unit itself had potential, but the poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and unresolved issues. I wouldn’t repeat or recommend!
