Staff was friendly, rooms clean. Happy for coffee in room. There was supposed to be 3 of us staying, but only towels for 2. It was ok as 1 of us couldn't make trip. As myself & other 2 are all over 60 yrs old, we wish there was more rooms on 1st level, but were grateful hotel was able to put us on 2nd.

No frills, but a good, comfortable room. Parking is tight, and the guy fixing the parking lot was pretty surly. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

it was clean and the rooms were large and nicely decorated. My only issue was that they do not indicate anywhere on their property description that there is only ONE parking space per room. There is some on street parking, but its on a main bolevard and very busy. My friend and I were going to a Music Festival and both were driving in from different directions, so we both had a car. We managed but we had to drive back late at night and Park a car off property and walk back. We did not risk not having a spot for the other car comeing back at 1:00 am . Otherwise we were very happy with the property. The Price was excellent. We would stay here again .

I was attending a conference in Pasadena and needed a reasonably priced place to stay for a few nights. My room was clean, smoke-free, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything I needed, plus the room had a mural on the ceiling of the sky with birds.

Clean and convenient along with being well-stocked with toiletries. An elevator would be helpful, especially for guests on the 3rd floor. Parking is a challenge for those with an SUV. The staff is great, especially Johnny!

Ok room, cramped/limited parking, thin walls

The room was average. We had #202, and the ceiling was painted with birds and clouds. Definitely not expecting that, and a little awkward but fine. Biggest complaint is the thin walls. Had a guy in the room above us pacing all day and night and we could hear every footstep. Could also hear neighbors to either side, and every sound outside the door on the balcony walkway. Buzzing to enter the lobby felt weird, like the area was more dangerous than the hotel let on. Easy walk to Starbucks and Walgreens.
