The shuttle service from the airport was great, the check in was perfect, the young woman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was dated but the bed was comfortable. Our dining experience was not great, there is a very limited menu selection and the waiter was brusque and very inattentive

Our stay was just a over nighter to stay close to LAX since our flight was super early. Customer service was great and the shuttle was a plus. But our room was hot I think our ac wasn't working properly.

Airport hostel

Understaffed housecleaning. Lampshades in bedroom dirty and nothing done after front desk notified. Breakfast buffet and valet parking are ripoffs. Expectations not met.
