The whole setup was awesome. We got a balcony room overlooking the street. The stay was comfortable, the check in was easy, parking was available just outside, and the shower was hot! Would absolutely stay again.

The room was cold for my friend wife and no amount of adjusting the thermostat helped. Also no TV signal so nothing to watch. I sent a text to a 24/7 number as it stated I should do but no one responded.

The check in process was over the phone. Staff helped me check in ON MY PHONE. The pool was empty (no water). The room was warm and couldn't get cold (had to call room service) the water pressure in the shower was weak. The water in the shower did not get Hot.
