It was OK nothing spectacular. The restaurant was overpriced. Food was not very good. The bar was dead and I was disappointed. I had to go to the store to get a charger other than that it was OK.

Great hotel but expensive for

The check in process was OK. There was an additional hefty resort fee that was unexpected. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was as clean as it should be. The dials for the table lamps were quite dirty and the lightbulbs were not secure in all 3 lamps. The extension cord for the cell phone cord was quite dirty as well. I know all hotels in the LA area are busy housing people displaced from the fires. At some point, these small things need to be cleaned and disinfected.

The staff, from the Valet people to the check in people and everyone in between are the best people ever! The Valet (Willy) said Welcome back! after not seeing us for 3 months. All of the staff remembered us, and were as nice as can be. This is the best part of the Hotel in my opinion. The room was clean, everyone was professional. They made us feel like royalty every day we were there.

The only parking available is $71.00 a night. The food was so-so and VERY expensive. $32.00 for a bowl of soup after all of the fees were added. It is conveniently located near the shopping center and the hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
