The room that we stayed in was smaller than we expected. However, customer service was great! The staff was very helpful from the moment we checked in. Being that this was me and my fiancé's first time in Japan, the hotel staff not only helped answer questions we had, but provided us with a map and recommendations. We learned about a sushi restaurant nearby that was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but totally worth it- called Hama Sushi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel's breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel had umbrellas we were able to borrow for the day & the staff assisted in contacting a taxi for us since my app was not working properly. Another plus is that the Anamori-inari station was within walking distance from the hotel... approximately 2-3 minutes away.

Perfectly priced, convenient, and comfortable!! ❤️

A VERY comfortable hotel and reasonably priced hotel (a RARE combination here) that is located close to HND (Haneda airport) in Tokyo. I was traveling alone and stayed in a room designed for one person. It is the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, but it was appointed perfectly and had everything I needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The bed is comfortable, the internet worked perfectly for my Zoom calls, it’s QUIET (shocking since it’s close to the airport…never heard any noise), the shower works great, and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the closest train station. Central Tokyo is about an hour away on public transportation…less than half that time if you take an Uber. There are multiple restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores with walking distance. They have a money exchange machine in the lobby that made currency exchange a breeze. They also offer a free shuttle to HND after 16:00 each day. The staff was incredible…this will definitely be my go-to hotel for my future visits to this beautiful, vibrant, safe, and clean city of Tokyo.

Awesome place to stay for flight back

We stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport on our way back home and they had a shuttle to the airport. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The design and decoration of the room is fine, but dust can be found in the room's various locations, such as cabinets top, wall decorations, light switches... Parking is also not convenient as you need to access the parking lot machine every time you drive out your car even though a day parking fee is already paid at first. The restaurant for breakfast really needs a full refurbish as stains are found on the sofa bench, wall.
