Just got back from Ocean Maya Royale for a long weekend birthday trip- and it did not disappoint! All the workers were very kind and helpful. There was a mix up with our room which was quickly resolved and we ended up getting upgraded to an ocean view. There was a quieter pool area for relaxing and another one that had lots of activities and the swim up bar, so it had both options depending on what you wanted. All of the food was great- the main dining hall had diverse options and all the restaurants we dined at were excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was lovely, the room was clean , spacious and had a great view. The staff was friendly and the food was so delicious. The resort is so big and there is so much to do everyday. We will definitely come back soon! They made my birthday trip one to remember m!
