Cheap Hotels in Toledo

Facility and service was excellent. Ability to go to restaurants without reservations made there use easy when compared to other resorts where you need reservations that are limited, or are charged extra to using the restaurants.

Food was excellent, room very spacious and clean,staff very friendly, shows a must see . Pools were wonderful, foam party was awesome . Will definitely stay here again ..

We had a rooftop hot tub and it was awesome ! Maid service could have been better. Ariz our butler was the most amazing person who handled everything for us even an impromptu Birthday celebration for my husband and myself in our friends swim up room complete with, beer, liquor, cake (which was delish) and champagne!! Julio and Maria at the privilege pool were top notch as well as Luis the bartender there too. Miguel in the privilege lounge was great to see still there from our last visit and he was great as last time. I know I’ve forgotten some names and apologize but you were all amazing!!! Our only complaint was that at our special dinner my husband and one of our friends returned their steaks because they were not done to their liking and he came back and said no. The chef said it’s done the way it’s supposed to be done. And he said no, it’s not done the way I want it. Please take it back and cook it some more. So he did. Then the chef came out and kind of glared at our table didn’t say anything, but we thought that was quite rude Can’t wait to try the newest in location when it’s open. Thank you all for everything!!!

Family selection is amazing! Would definitely travel again to this resort but skip the sales pitch for the palladium travel club.

Great family vacation! We stayed 7 nights at Royal Hacienda. Clean, spacious and well stocked rooms. Friendly staff and above average food! While the beach definitely has erosion, the pool and beach front were maintained well. Shout out to Mario, Carlos, Juan, Rosa and Rosy for awesome service.

Everything was great, the clean rooms, the food at all times, the staff was the best part, so kind, so helpful and always willing to talk and provide you with the best possible experience.
