Room was spotless. I got into town late. Booked with another hotel and their heater was broken. I booked with Alpine Inn and Suites and they were so anxious to accommodate me. I did not arrive till almost midnight and the front desk stayed up and waited for me! The last hotel was a total dive and upon arrival here I was so relieved and distressed. What a gem! Clean, courteous, and very helpful! Thank you so much!!

Rm 114: The place was fine, but it would be nice to have had heat in the 2nd rm. It was freezing in there. Only 1 sugar for 2 coffees. Wifi overnight was bad. Had a lot of online things to do after a full day of driving. Tried for about 45 minutes to use it at 11:00. It would connect and then drop out right away. Mostly it said Connected/No Internet. Once it said too many devices were connected. I had to move the night stands to plug in the chargers for phone & tablet. We checked in after dark, so it was awesome to see the Cow Palace framed in the Inn's entrance in the AM.

I booked suddenly at 1.35 am. Drove to the hotel for there by 2 am. Tried to check in. The guy said i don't have a reservation and showed him my booking no and conformation emai. He said but we have nothing available I don't know why did expedia sold it to you. It's still on pending but once I see my transaction I'll dispute this charge.

The parking is kinda tight, and the room is nicely basic. As will every hotel room I've ever stayed in, there are always things to repair. Some of the rooms have an odd layout, but the important items: bed, toilet, shower, all worked well. I don't need a resort most of the time.
