Good price, great spot. The neighborhood was clean and safe. Pizza spot right across the street. Bus stop a short walk away. Family friendly. Onsite parking that is half the cost of higher priced hotels. The parking garage is a little tight but a semi skilled driver can handle it. Breakfast was good. We had fresh waffles, sausages, and egg. This is also something higher priced hotels usually dont offer. Jonathan at the front desk was awesome. I had a couple concerns i voiced to him and he and the staff their were all over it. I usually stay at the hilton or hyatt but this place was great. We will be back.

The ac unit outside our room has a continuous water dripping sound that was bothering us all night long. We informed the front desk about the situation at 8am the next day. But, it was never fixed. They told us it was a known issue and every room has the same problem because of condensesation. I talked to a few other guests around breakfast time, but others didn't have the problem. We requested for another room but they could not accomodate as the hotel was at 100% capacity. We're not happy with our stay.

Great view from upper levels. Close to pier39 and Fort Mason. Close to all public transportation which was great since we walked most places. The hotel is clean the all the staff was friendly and helpful.
10th floor you could see the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The most horrible hotel I've stayed at in the US. It was overpriced, had a poor breakfast, a rough parking space, and again overpriced. The front desk told me my room would not be cleaned until I checked out. Room service opened my door with a spare key while I was inside the room. I was also given a different room from the one I booked upon arrival, but I insisted on getting the room type I reserved. I am a frequent traveler to the San Francisco Bay Area, but I won't be staying here again.

For the price the hotel was not worth it. The parking garage was extremely tight. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast that was offered. The room could’ve been cleaner, the towels were cheap, and the bedding was thin. You are literally only paying for being in the city and maybe the view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We stayed in the area over a week and I’m thankful we only did one night here. The bathroom was also extremely tight. After staying at other locations this one could’ve been cleaner. The corners and carpet needed some attention.
