Won’t stay here again.

At check-in I was told I had to pay an additional $25 per night to part my car in their parking lot, mind you there is no where else to park your car. Nothing was said about having to pay for parking when I booked the room on the internet. That was a big red flag for me. I won’t stay here again.

I was going there for business. I wanted to watch the NFL draft in my room and I chose this location because it had a restaurant and bar when I got there neither was open which was frustrating. I had to DoorDash and then my room on the second floor right next to the elevator Pretty much kept me up all night.

Not worth the money

There was a roach in the bed. The ice machine didnt work, the “breakfast” isn’t what I expected. They charge you for breakfast and it’s not buffet style as it typically is at other hotels, you can only get one plate and one drink.

Overall, it was a great experience for my family. There was plenty to do in San Francisco, and the location had easy access to the freeway, which made getting around simple. We were very happy with our stay. The only minor complaint was the noise from the suite above us—there were kids running and jumping, which could be heard from our room. Other than that, I highly recommend it. It's a nice place to stay.
