The holiday day inn in San Mateo has been my go to hotel when I visit family in San Francisco. I have met Jessie on each visit and he has been very helpful, professional and ensured I had a quiet room. Hotel was very clean and I could not find any issues to report. I look forward to my next visit.

A clean, quiet place to sleep. The spa and sauna are nice, but there is no pool. I wish the rooms had a clock in them. I also wish there were a breakfast included. All of my towels were taken when they serviced the room and they didn’t replace them, but when I asked for more towels they brought them to the room quickly (after being told in the hallway by housekeeping that there were no towels???) Prices here are high - $25 a day to park and a $10 bottle of beer at the bar are excessive, but overall a nice place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Jas (spelling?) and Brooke especially were great! Our first room was directly across from the ice machine and the people above us were heavy footed, so we asked for a different room- Jas took Excellent care of us! We would definitely stay there again!
