Service was great when we checked in, the lady at the front desk was really friendly and entertaining and very helpful with questions but on the other hand, the lady at the breakfast buffet was rude. We asked for hot chocolate for my brother who's 11 years old but we were denied twice by Jessy/Jessie from the breakfast buffet but when someone else asked for it, she gave them two. It's too early in the morning to be grumpy and be rude like that to paying guests especially when she's working at the breakfast buffet, not a very pleasant experience due to that but anything else is fine.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the couch in the living room not so much. The seat cushions were collapsing so no support which made it very uncomfortable to sit on, so we had to sit at the kitchen table instead. Not something recommended for any length of time as the chairs were very hard plastic. The staff I interacted with were terrific. Breakfast was basic but adequate. All up, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if they can fix the couch situation.
