Everything was great, staff was very courteous, and helpful. Room was great, and very relaxing with a wonderful bed. Breakfast choices needs an up grade. The hotel needs to connect with a closer parking garage for convenience of patrons staying at the hotel. Cleanliness of room stood out as well as the report with desk staff who were very helpful.

The room was clean, the breakfast was okay. They had whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagels, which I liked a lot. Fun holiday decorations in the common areas. Nice front desk staff. Heater didn’t seem to do much but we were ok. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and spacious. Although old, it was freshened up with updated amenities. staff was terrific both at the front desk and bar. Unfortunately the breakfast was horrible. Eggs were way overcooked and tasted 3 days old and bagels were stale. Overall it’s a nice place to stay as long as you’re not counting on a good breakfast.

Great staff, specious room located mette blocks away from downtown Japan Town. The access to tea, coffee and water was great. Breakfast was a bonus. I enjoyed the history and location along with the friendly staff.

This location is great! Very safe to walk from and easy parking three blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet though very cold. The bed was ridiculously high and the wall paper was discolored and peeling.

The room was nice and clean, but it was very cold. It took about 2 hours for the room to become comfortable after I turned on the heater. Perhaps it would be a good idea to keep the rooms at a temperature of at least 65 degrees.
