Good hotel, clean, the problem is that they overcharged you with the parking being so $20 and in the website it says $10 and dog fee as $50 instead of $25.

I picked this hotel because of shuttle service to the airport only to find out that it runs only every 45 minutes. Therefore, I was about 3 hours early. The driver had only one stop at terminal 1 and I had to walk quite a distance to get to American with a bad foot.

I paid $200 for a night after missing a connecting flight and needing a hotel with a shuttle still running. Their late shuttle is the only good thing about this place. We were placed in building 2 and the walk there was TERRIFYING. I’m not exaggerating when I thought it was a trafficking setup. I truly believe if my husband with me that myself, my newborn, and 8yo daughter would have been taken. There were men loitering outside by the train tracks outside a vehicle and box truck, and when you book you state the ages of your children. Absolutely do not book this hotel if you’re a woman traveling alone or with children.

Very pleased with our stay. Room was very clean and updated. We were staying for a quick overnight before flying home from vacation so we were not able to use the pool. Would 100% stay again.

Not sure how this place had so many great reviews . Place has homeless ppl close by and don’t feel safe with my kids there. Staff was not friendly . Girl that was checking us in had zero personality . I would never stay at that place again.

I was in Building A, which is separate from the main building by quite a bit and there were several sketchy people in the parking lot and I felt unsafe. I was moved to the main building and it was significantly better.
