Nicely appointed room. Nice shower with a gorgeous city view and lovely fragrant hand & body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Nice pool. Didn’t really like the location, poor food options nearby and no MRT in walking distance. For this reason alone 4/5 and personally wouldn’t stay again in this location. Otherwise great little hotel.

Out of hours arrival was prearranged and went well. Small studio was ideal. Gym was clean and good, with Gym towels provided. Pool area clean with towels. Laundry services (washing machine) worked well. For self catering apartment, where you don't plan to cook, place was excellent, bus stop just outside. 10/10

We had to stay out for 5 nights due to a small renovation we are doing at our place. We booked a one bedroom unit and has everything we needed, microwave stove/hob, washer/dryer and plates utensils and glasswares. However the room AC was a tat bit noisy and kept us up for the first night. The gym on the ground floor was also v well equipped and clean! Pity there were no room service nor breakfast provided. We couldn’t cast our Netflix from our mobile to the tv. That’s a huge bummer. Wifi was also spotty.

Central location, nice room, friendly staff

The apartment is located in central location with good transport links to Orchard, Bugis, Toa Payoh, Bishan etc. The rooms were very clean and we had housekeeping every other day during our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with excellent email communication prior to the check-in. I will definitely book again next time I’m in Singapore.

I like the room, including the view, the layout, the big windows. Although the housekeeping was not n a daily basis, I'm quite ok with this arrangements. I had a minor problem in the bathroom curtains. I told the reception staff, and they arranged someone to fix it. thank you! and I love the swimming pool!

Stayed 7 nights, great base with bus at door, really well stocked Fair Price supermarket 10 minute walk away. Washing machine in room was great to wash clothes each day after the heat. Staff were always accommodating. Local Hawker centre nearby and lots of dining options. We caught Grabs everywhere and it was not too expensive from our location.

This was seriously one of the worst experiences.. Pros: - Quite spacious - Has a free washer in the room Cons: - Very poor staying experience compared to a typical hotel - Stupid system for water collection. There was a information slip informing to head to level 7 to collect water; level 7 is closed after 10pm the day of. In essence, there is no water collection at night. - Terrible air conditioning; the air con has some odd ESG functions on it, and simply does not work well. This was the WORST experience ever.

Our room on the 7th floor was surrounded with a garden with trees and a sofa. The garden was not accessible for safety reasons but it certainly added to the relaxed atmosphere. The microwave worked well. The bathroom was large and well appointed, though the electronic detectors meant that access was not always straightforward, and the toilet either didn't flush at all or flushed for far too long.

This hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort at an affordable price. The location is ideal, with a bus stop to all major attractions just a stone’s throw away from the hotel entrance. The spacious rooms are equipped with laundry facilities on the 6th floor, and some apartments even have their own washer and dryers. The TVs are top-notch, as this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that offers Sony TVs with picture-perfect 4K quality. In addition to the great rooms, the hotel boasts a convenient convenience store on the first floor, as well as numerous restaurants, hawker centers, and fun bars nearby. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in Orchard and by the river, but this one was hands down the best. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Josephine, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is my top pick, and I’ll definitely be back!

In one hand they tried to show you the communicate with you in the other hand took hours to answer .. the room was on the 9th floor but very noisey couldn’t sleep for 2 nights.. they did offer to change a room but it was too late as we were checking out. The room was clean and bed very comfy . But could do better with person warm hospitality which was lacking. Won’t stay again. As for the same price can get better service. Thanks

Pros: friendly staff trying their best to accommodate. Cons: terrible air conditioning. Bedroom a/c blew warm air. Maintenance cleaned it - zero improvement. We were offered another room but would have to repack & move 6 pieces of luggage. Here's a thought... since the property is in Singapore, one of the warmest country's on the planet, how about making sure the a/c's are in good working order.

Beyond expectations

Very conveniently located and next to a wonderful market for local food and fresh produce. The hotel room is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Fridge and Kitchen. I really loved staying here comfortably. It's like a perfect apartment and near Novena MRT.
