The staff are very helpful. The room was clean, although it was hard to find spots in the room to place our luggage. We had a problem with the air-conditioning three days before departure but we were given an upgrade to a junior suite on the 13th floor and it was great. The breakfasts are ample and delicious. The hotel is quite attractive. The WHAMPAO Market (fruit, veggies, food) is nearby as well as the Shaw Shopping Centre.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Positive 1. Very courteous staff especially Richard who went out of his way to help me change rooms when there was a problem 2. Breakfast is amazing 3. Good transport links 4. Mini fridge and water dispenser in room Negative 1. Bed bugs in my room on 1st night but Richard was very good in getting me upgraded 2. Very small pool and only 3 deck chairs 3. Gym also very small Overall I would recommend and would stay again

Fantastic stay, not as close to downtown as I would have preferred but thats my fault not the hotel. Breakfast was ample fresh and everything was readily available. Pool on 4th floor was very small. Gym was equipped Ok. Everywhere was clean and the maid service was excellent. The reception staff are extremely helpful and professional.
