Fantastic location especially if catching the MRT/ public transport. Great rooms and love the vibe of the hotel. Clean, the AC did smell abit musty if set to a mid temperature, only at 16 did it not smell. Otherwise great place!

A tranquil piece of luxury

The hotel was spotless and the staff super-helpful. I recommend the rooftop pool & bar. The food (particularly the chicken satay) is great. The Club upgrade was worth it as well. My room was on the 18th floor and it was very peaceful in the Club Lounge at breakfast.

My stay at Jen hotel is ok. The room was adequate and the bed and blankets fits me well. Downstairs, you have direct access to the mall. Beside it is an mrt station. Its a very practical hotel to stay in. I would recommend it.

The staff were lovely and provided us with birthday celebration treat which was very nice! The public transport in Singapore is great for visiting tourist sites, we booked a taxi to and from the airport just because of all the changes. This is a great location, the only feedback I would give is that it is a bit annoying having 2 sets of lifts to come in and out of the hotel.

Great stay in hotel with a great location.

Great breakfast buffet, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were fantastic (a visit to the pool is a must). The hotel is conveniently located near everything (transpo, food, shopping, etc.)
