The hotel was in the perfect area surrounded by restaurants and a mall two blocks away, very quiet and safe to walk around. They offer maps to help u if u want to take public transportation

It's good. Pool is fine and has a neighborhood view. Area is a plus, with much shopping about and a few bars and restaurants about. Subway stop is a 7 minute walk. Many pet care service businesses in the area. Also a bunch of tutoring service places for your children. If it rains and you're mobile, the Parkway Parade Shopping Mall is worth visiting along with the hawker area just next door. Then again there are many food options on the basement level of the Parkway Parade building. No excuse for staying at the Santa Grand and not eating well.

The amenities were aplenty, from cappuccinos & cookies, to bottled waters & mini bar snacks. The hotel is surrounded by some of the best dining in Singapore (just beware of the "tourist pricing" at the open cafe restaurants), otherwise it was an amazing & refreshing comfortable stay. Staff was super friendly & accommodating with all of our needs.

If the room says it has a skylight, that’s code for the room has a skylight but no windows!! I feel they should mention the fact that their are no windows in these rooms.
