The service at Shangri-La Singapore is always outstanding...from check-in to bell service, to housekeeping, to dining. It's the only place I stay when in Singapore. I have made the mistake of not joining the advantage program over the years!

This was an absolutely amazing hotel. The service was the best I’ve had in a long time. The food at Shang Palace was phenomenal and the service at the spa was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back. This was a truly luxury experience.
