Terrible. 1. Hotel water never come at the tap. If you turn the tap to the left by 2/3, no water is coming out. By managing at 1/3 turn, hot water never come and the water pressure is extremely low. 2. Shower head water pressure is extremely, extremely low. It took me one minute to complete wet my short hair. Ridiculous. It triple my shower time. 3. Half of the surface of the air grill at the cool air discharge is dark. Not sure if it is mould or dirt. Believe the condition is a lot worse behind the grill and inside the air duct.

Great service, very good location but needs improvement on rooms, bathrooms, overall interior. Its a bit dated. Would stay here again if they do renovation, refresh of the rooms and interiors.

Great brekkie and friendly team

Travelling with a 2 year old and arriving late from a long haul flight. Check in was super easy, friendly and even gifted a soft toy. The cot was all ready in the room as requested and then at breakfast. It was a great selection, (better than many hotels that I have stayed in recently), and again the friendly staff helped with a good table and a high chair. Both pools were connected and I couldn’t recommend it enough for the staff and location. Do be minded that it is on Orchard Road and occasionally you could hear some loud traffic. Thanks for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

I had the opportunity to go to the lounge when I stayed in Voco Hotel. The staff, whom I saw the 2 days while in the lounge were awesome! They are Joo, Sheryl, Roy and Natasha. They were friendly and approachable - always attending to my needs where necessary. They would take the initiative to recommend and serve me drinks as I ate in the lounge, be it during tea break or dinner. They were also prompt in clearing the table as I was done eating. The table is therefore always clean and tidy. When given the time, Joo and Sheryl would ask for feedback, so that they would improve on the quality of the food and services. They welcomed any feedback given and were also appreciative of them. I felt very comfortable dining in the lounge - not only because of the food quality but the amiable nature of the staff. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Very good location, helpful staff although when enquiring of the concierge about the gold markets etc we were directed th Orchard Road and not told about the gold in the Indian Quarter. When asking for the shuttle to the airport we were told we had to use the taxis e even though the shuttle had dropped us there.

The staff at Voco Orchard Singapore Hotel were all very welcoming and friendly and made our one week long stay a memorable one. Orchard Road Singapore is a shopping and dining experience that will stay with you for a very long time. Singapore is one of the prettiest cities in the world.
