Good location

Two nights at this hotel. Very good location. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the air conditioning was not working properly and was dusty and moldy. The room was stinky. I asked the hotel for fixing the issue, which was done quickly. The room was small but ok for the price. The restaurant of the hotel was closed and it was not mentionned on hotels.com website.

I stayed there for a 2 day trip as a solo traveller. I found it convenient to go anywhere from there on train/metro and the room was clean and decent size. 7 eleven is right across the street which is great! Overall it was great short stay.

Great little hotel! Comfy bed, which is less than usual in Japan. Rooms are tiny but large enough if you don’t spend much time in the room. No space to unpack - so, you’ll live out of your suitcase. But for the price, it’s absolutely great!

I booked a non-smoking double room, but the one we were given had a strong smell of smoke. When I raised the issue, they assured me they would clean the room thoroughly and, if the smell persisted, they would switch us to a different room, subject to availability. After the room was cleaned, the smell of smoke still lingered.

As with all hotels in Japan, it was small. What was upsetting was no air conditioner in the room. Had to open windows and my son ended up getting mosquito bites everywhere!

Comfy bed and close to transit

Most comfortable bed of my trip, close to metro and JR trains for transit. Easy walking distance to Tsukiji market. Only a few stops from Disney.

Everything was great except for the checkout time. We were surprised that it was at 10am when the front desk called us. We were going to leave at 10:30am anyway but it made us feel a bit rushed. Asides from that, staff were pretty nice. For the price we paid, we really can't complain on the room side because it's clean and everything was available. Decent for a night's stay and would still recommend.

We had a friend staying in another room who was scheduled to leave a few days before us. The day he checked out he was instructed to leave the premises. His flight was about 6 hrs later. The staff would not allow him to even stay in one of our rooms for a few hours to kill time until he had to leave for the airport. They were so insistent on this policy that he ended up paying for a room by the hour. It's a pretty ridiculous policy IMHO.

It’s really tiny in reality, the rooms are super crunched. Not what we expected. The hotel entrance is like in an alley. But u get what u pay for, if it’s for a night it’s ok.. bath tub is for like get on your knees to stay in it. Pillows- super flat like no pillow at all. 6ft ppl won’t even walk through the room doors. Keep In mind
