This is a great hotel! Very walkable. Literally a 3 minute walk to Otsuka station. 1 minute walk from Lawsons. Staff is so friendly and hospitable. Definitely staying here again. Ever since I stayed here, I have stayed at 4 other APA hotels in Japan!

Positives: Very close to Otsuka station, and lors of restaurants, convenient location. Has a good onsen for free for guests. Staff are friendly and cordial and they offer a free luggage holding service for few hours, on the day of the checkout. Negatives: Room had mould and damaged wall under the window. Aircon is centrally managed, the panel you have, only controls how much air you’re letting into the room from the central system. Not good on warm days during shoulder seasons as the central aircon either set to cool or heat by the management, depending on winter/summer schedules, and you can’t change that. Very close to the railway, and you can hear the train noise. Very small rooms, good for singles only.

My stay here was amazing. The room was cozy and comfortable, and perfectly sized for one person. I loved how convenient it was to get around to other parts of Tokyo while also enjoying a quiet area to rest in at night. The staff were amazing, so sweet and helpful at every interaction! I would absolutely stay here again next time.

The room was small but clean. I enjoyed the deep bathtub and big tv. I was a bit sad to see the big bath on the top floor did not allow visitors with tattoos unless you could cover them with a tiny sticker. Definitely old fashioned. The washer and driers also weren’t working too well while I was there, my clothes came out a bit smelly then took over 700yen to dry.

My only complaint is that the air conditioner at this location is "centralized", meaning that you cannot control the temperature and can get quite warm, even during winter time. Otherwise, the location is close to a train station. Clean. Slightly larger than the APA hotel I stayed at in Osaka.

I felt very safe and seen when I was at the hotel. The front desk staff is amazing and super quick with serving their guests. The area around the hotel was great and easily walkable. I will definitely be back at this hotel in the near future!!

Good hotel near Otsuka Station (2min walking). Super convenient since you have the Yamanote Line that takes you all around the city. Rooms are really small but functional. The spa included is really good. Staff is super helpful and assisted me on delivering my bag with Yamato service to the next city on my trip. Would stay here again for sure.
