Convenient location with a lot of restaurants all over the neighbourhood. Near Akasaka city centre which is a very nice area. The robot reception is disappointing as it didn't do the reception job other than greeting and asked the guess to fill out the registration form on the computer screen.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We could not ask for a better place to stay in Tokyo. There are two different Tokyo metro stations lines within less than 10 minutes walks. There is a 7/11 right outside the hotel as well.

Many things we wanted to see or experience were within easy walking distance. Room good but not large…nowhere to hang clothes properly! Breakfast was exceptional! Convenient to Metro.

Second time staying at this hotel, my family and I love the location. Lots of good restaurants and very close to the train/subway stations. Easily can be in Shinjuku, Shibuya or Ginza in 15 min.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the complimentary pajamas in the lobby. Very close to a 7 eleven. And the Irish Pub next door looked authentic and fun. The robots are very fun. It’s a smaller Henn na. No dinosaur Robots. Great experience.

Very easy check in and out with 4 language options. Greeted by robots in the lobby, but it's quick and easy to get service from hotel staff if needed, and they were very helpful with luggage forwarding when requested. Room was clean with heating and cooling, and bathroom was comfortable.

Pros: Great location with close access to multiple subway lines and a plethora of restauant choices. Self help to luggage storage. Cons: Small room, air conditioning doesn't work as intended, leaking shower head, no trash bin in restroom. Only two pillows and bath towels for a three people reservation.

Was Close to lots of train stations for easy access to the city. Heaps of restaurants and great coffee places within walking distance. Irish pub downstairs is a great pub but could get a little loud sometimes. Room was small but did the trick for just the 2 of us. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend
