The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean.

Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family. Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect.

Avevo acquistato la camera small, ma era decisamente troppo piccola per starci in due. Fatto up grade a pagamento camera standard decisamente migliore, anche se le camere andrebbero rimodernate e tolta la moquette. The hotel was nice - common areas were beautiful. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes and the air was stale. The AC until leaked water and made the carpet damp. The bathroom had mold in the tiles, vent, and other “sealed” areas. I am allergic to mold so I had a reaction after only one night (less than 24 hour) stay.

We love this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, speaks English and nice. The breakfast was awesome with multiple offerings including Asian and Western options. I think I have gained a few pounds.

I wouldn’t recommend, feels like a crowded Las Vegas hotel. The facilities are dated and very overpriced for what you get, buffet breakfast is 50% more than other hotels I have stayed at.

Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The staff is very nice, the food is fantastic at the buffet, and the location is perfect to the Ikebukuro train station, across the street. The amenities are replaced daily in each room and the rooms are always kept clean. We also love that the Airport Limousine stop is at the hotel so there in no need to walk anywhere else to catch it.

The room service and staff were excellent and super helpful. I was so grateful that they spoke English. Ikebukuro is a nice place to stay. I felt safe walking around at night.
