The hotel is very cute with a retro European feel. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to make check in easy for me. Our room was clean and we could fit 2 open suitcases in the room. There was a lot of "stuff" though on all the surfaces. Papers, amenities, etc. We had to gather it all up and set it aside in order to have room to put our own stuff on the table. The neighborhood is so central. Multiple train metro stops in all directions along with countless restaurants and all the shopping that is Ginza. Tokyo Station is maybe 15 or 20 minute walk. We walked it with our bags. A slight chore, but didn't take long. Very quiet at night. The only cons for me, is that breakfast seemed expensive. And no self-serve laundry, so I carried it 10 minutes to the nearest laundromat. Not a deal breaker. I'd recommend it.

Location was perfect! I wish the staff had been more proficient in English (or that I could speak Japanese). I’m not trying to be difficult as this is a parameter that perhaps I should consider in the future.

Such a clean and beautiful place. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is great and well connected through the subway. Great choice of restaurants too. Only downside is the size of the room, it is quite small. Otherwise it’s all great, would go back again.

Great property very tiny rooms but worth the price. No air conditioning due to winter time. The only way you can get and breath some air is to keep the windows open. And it does become noisy. What you pay is what you get. Good for single and solo travelers.

Average cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel. The breakfast dining room is serviced by one staff member who is under great pressure to maintain adequate service in a small environment with limited buffet space and a cluttered reception space. The front desk service was at times less courteous than those encountered at Hotel Monterey Ginza it's sister hotel. Rooms were well serviced and very cleaned by very courteous room staff. My next stay will be back at Monterey Ginza just around the corner where management is far superior.

Wonderful location, small but functional

The room was small, but that's unsurprising in Tokyo. Everything was clean, tidy, and thankfully quiet. As a place to drop in after a long flight with little kids it was just fine. The location is amazing, so close to all Ginza has to offer.
