The Staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly, respectful and professional. Our room was very nice (clean and nice to have a mini fridge) The restaurant was so nice to have for the breakfast buffet. Good location, close to airport and public transportation. This was our 2nd stay here and will reserve again when we come back to Japan.

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones , el baño sobre todo tiene una peste a vómito rancio horrible , la suerte que solo fue una noche . El personal de la recepción es normal , ni más ni menos . Pero no vale lo que cuesta , cobran bien cara la noche para un hotel tan malo .

This was the perfect place to stay while in Japan. Very close to the airport with a train station and many convenient stores near the hotel. The staff was great and helpful. Restaurant on site with reasonably priced food. Very impressed to find a cell phone charger in the room! Will stay again.

Great property to stay near the Haneda airport after long flight. Room was nice size. Provided pajamas set and in room shoes. Great shower, firm bed. Only complaint is that it was dusty in the room.
