The staff were incredibly helpful and went to a lot of trouble trying to track down a parcel I left in a taxi. We really appreciated the treats and drinks available in the foyer as well as the very reasonably priced breakfast. The location was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable and well designed.

The hotel was in a convenient location very close to Tokyo Station, and konbinis. The room was quite small for the three of us with barely any room for luggages. The best part was that they allow us to store our luggage’s a couple of days before we check-in to go to Kyoto first.

Great location to the Tokyo main train station and catching the train to the airport. Lots of eating options in the neighborhood. We did not do the breakfast but looked busy. Provided luggage storage which was appreciated. Staff at front desk were lovely.
