We love our stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi! The location was superb and so close to train station. Lots of dining options surrounding the hotel! The staff at this branch had been amazing! Special mention to Seira-she had been friendly, outstanding, very attentive and super helpful during our stay! Thank you Seira! We will definitely stay here again!!

Located within walking distance to train stations for multiple lines was a great convenience. The hotel has games which keep the kids entertained. The room was of a comfortable size for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and was clean. Towels were changed daily and sheets once every 4th day. The staff speaks good English and there was no communication issue. They were happy to share events and places of interest with you. Overall a fantastic stay and experience.

Staffs are really helpful. the area are so convenient. but still I wanted to complain about the odds smells in the restroom and also kitchen area not cleaned completely specifically sink drainer not clean. The cleaning can be improved. Overall l have a good experience in this hotel

This is our first time staying at a Mimaru and at this location as it was recommended to us by a local resident in Tokyo. The staff here are wonderful—all are so friendly with smiles and very helpful and they make you feel welcomed. All are so efficient and competent. Thank you to a great bunch of staff!Our room was a family roomwith 2 beds and 2 bunk beds at about 377 sq feet. The photos on the hotel site make the room appear larger but for 3 grown adults, this room was very compact and feels cramped. If you have a lot of baggage, you would need to place them strategically in the room to make room for moving around. They do have a fairly large closet and you can ask for luggage racks so the suitcases can be placed inside the closet to save space.The room is extremely clean with no unpleasant odour at all. Kitchen has a small induction cook top equipped with skillet, pot, cutlery, dishes, cutting board, big knife, sponge, dish soap, paper towels and even a roll of saran. there was already a small rice cooker, microwave, and a good size fridge in the room but you can always borrow toasters, toaster oven, and etc from front desk at no charge. There is NO coffee machine. The hotel iprice point is much higher than other apart hotels nearby. Even the family room is too small for a family of 3. the photo is deceiving. TV cannot swivel so cannot watch from beds. Windows are frosted so can't see out.

Great Room. Great Location. Friendly Staffs

We had an amazing stay in Mimaru Tokyo Ueno Okachimachi. Room is of good sized (60m2) for our family of 6 with an infant. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to few metro station. The airport Skyliner is 10mins walk away too. Lots of eatery nearby. Shopping mall and street shopping are just opposite the hotel. Front counter is very helpful. We met Mr Don and Miss Aoi on duty when we check in. We left our baby's set in the hotel at Mt Fuji area. They both take great effort to assist us to contact the hotel in Mt Fuji and make arrangement to send the items to Mimaru. We are grateful for their help. Thankyou Other front counter staffs we met on other days were also friendly and welcoming. Will sure stay here again !!!
