Great location right in Asakusa. Directly across a Mega Don Quiyote if you love shopping here. Lots of shopping and restaurants and about a 5-10 minute walk to the temple. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Richmond. The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good, with many options for both western and Asian choices. The area around the hotel offered many things to do, shopping, walking the streets for restaurants and places of interest like a beautiful temple near by. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend it !!

Small room, but we have no issues or complaints about anything. Happy hour was a big plus and we thoroughly enjoyed it after the full day of exploring the city. Area around hotel is also very nice and evening performance one night was very entertaining.

We were initially booked into a Standard Twin room, which was much smaller than anticipated due to the twin beds… and an unpleasant mouldy smell. We were able to upgrade for a fee to the Superior Twin - with views and it was perfect for our stay! Staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient for our stay in Asakusa.

Great staff. Great location. Amazing views, get a sky tree view room! Rooms clean and comfortable. Welcome drinks in the evening. Couldn’t fault anything except I wanted to stay longer !

What a great hotel! We booked a room with four twin beds for our family of four. It was right on space so we were especially glad we traveled with just travel backpack and packable duffle bags for souvenirs. There would not have been enough room for full size suit cases. Our room was clean and all the toiletries were in the lobby for us to take as needed. The staff were very friendly and communicating was easy. That being said, I’d like to extend my gratitude to the staff for their English speaking skills.

What a great value for an in city, Tokyo hotel! While we did not have the breakfast buffet in the morning, we took advantage of the coffee and other amenities provided. Pajamas, and slippers were very nice and bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet at night. Super easy to get around with local subway stops. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
