The hotel is closed station and bus terminals. The room is very clean and it has free complementary breakfast from 6-9am daily. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Overall, a very great stay.

Horrible hotel. I booked this hotel for 4 nights we only stayed 1. The beds were rock hard. The rooms were dirty. The location is not family friendly. It’s noisy. There’s street walkers all around. I’m not sure how it has such a high rating on Expedia. After we decided to changed hotels I spoke with management about getting a reimbursement for the remaining of the night they told me it wouldn’t be an issue. I contacted Expedia to confirm and let them know management agreed to refund me but management to Expedia they wouldn’t refund me. From my entire stayed in Japan this hotel was the worse

The hotel is quite small, barely has any extra space. But it's clean, location is close to the train station, there are shops around and a convenience store around the corner.

Budget friendly priced. The hotel is centrally located with JR Rail and the Metro nearby. Plenty of restaurant options. Service was fast as our air-conditioning problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended!
