Brilliant location. 3min walk to train station that will get you to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa and JR Tokyo Stations all in under 20-25 mins. Super clean rooms, friendly staff and a thousand great places to eat all within 3 block radius.

I like that it was minutes away from the train station. Pharmacy was steps away from the hotel. A lot of convenience stores in the area as well as a lot of options to eat.

The hotel was nice and reception and check out was easy. The bed mattress was a bit hard, fits better places like Sparta:-) The shower was strange and I ended up taking shower in very warm water. It looks like the designer preferred looking "cool" on making it usable. No room phone to call reception. Alarm clock did not work. But, in general not bed

I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first Japan trip but this hotel with its English speaking staff was amazing. I will be booking here again next year. Not only was the hotel amazing but it’s so close to the transit hubs and amazing food.

First time visiting Japan so I wasn’t sure the best areas to stay in. But staying here was great hotel was bigger then most hotels we later stayed in the building was modern inside and out as well as very clean feeling. Best of all, transportation the subway was maybe a 2 minute walk from the hotel making it super easy to go anywhere on the loop line. Plus there was tons of restaurants of all kinds in the neighborhood that got lively at night time ! Always felt safe and always something to do within the hotel area. The hotel staff were also very kind and understood English which was very helpful !

Amazing location! Within 3-5 subway stops to Shibuya and Shinjuku centres. 1 min walk to the subway station from the hotel. The condition of the hotel is not bad, a bit small for the rooms but has everything you need. The staff were incredible and super helpful throughout our week long stay. I would stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo and absolutely recommend it as long as the smaller space doesn’t deter people.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Staff and location was great. Had a western style breakfast at the hotel as part of my package. Lots of options to eat within 30 seconds of existing hotel. Metro is a few minutes away. Neighborhood has lots to offer. Only con was my room had zero view. It had a film on it so limited natural light. Bathroom is tight but otherwise a very comfortable stay. CNN only English channel.

Hotel itself was ok. But booked the hotel because of the perks I was supposed to receive with my Expedia status. However when mentioned upon check in, I was informed that the hotel has no agreement/contract with Expedia. And that's basically the only reason I selected this hotel, I would have otherwise not selected it.
