This was my first hotel stay during my Japan trip and i loved it. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and breakfast was amazing. The fact that it was in the airport helped tremendously. I was able to get a night's rest before catching my next flight.

Perfect location at Tokyo Haneda Terminal 3 for a good day's rest. Entrance is on the departure level at the front of the "M" ticket counters. Just keep looking to the left.

The location was amazing. Room on the smaller side but to be expected. But clean and comfortable. Did the job required. Check in was a bit of a disaster when a passport was not handed back bycreception. This was noticed when on the train. Had to turn back and go back to reception to get. Reception laughed not apologetic at all. That was a bit disappointing and costly for 4 people to return on the train.

The room was not big but included everything we needed including pajamas. Everything was clean. The breakfast was in Japanese style buffet and was excellent. Location is supper convenient for taking an early flight from Haneda Airport the next day. Check-in and checkout are done self served with machines. Quick and easy.

Excellent location for overnight stay. Located right at the end of departure level. Signage for the hotel is not clear or non existent. It’s at the end of check in aisle M. Simple check in through machine. Good variety on breakfast. Very quiet room. Will stay again. Note that this hotel is located at terminal 3 that most international fights arrive.

This was a very convenient location. Right before security in Terminal 3. We were able to access the hotel restaurant and airport food hall that evening and easy to get to security for a morning flight. The room was small but clean.
