It was great location . The restaurant and bar close @11pm. I hope they are open little longer. I stayed two nights at the hotel and It was closed both night when I back to hotel after dinner.

Located in terminal 3 of Haneda airport this place is super convenient for anyone with an early morning flight or late arrival. Just use the free bus if your flight is in T2 or T1. Lots of food options in the airport.

Hotel refused to even respond to my request (prior to check-in) to correct the dates of my stay (as my international flight crossed the international date line, so my initial reservation was off by 1 calendar day). Instead, they simply kept my money under the rude default condition that the reservation was not refundable - despite the fact that I was not even asking for a refund, but rather simply to delay my check-in by one calendar day). Completely unprofessional, impersonal and simply bad business practice !

Convenient for overnight stay at Haneda airport. Easy acess to restaurants, shops and transfer to Tokyo. Staff helped to checked in and out with machines. Staff pleasant ans spoke English. I hired a single room. One large pillow folded in half. Clean but pillow slip a bit stained. Pillow not comfotable. Otherwise amenities ok.

Convenient and Exactly what I needed

I had to stay overnight during a layover for my flight the next morning. I appreciate how easy it was to get from arriving international flights to the hotel; that made checking in very convenient and easy. My room was just big enough for me which was great. I love how the shower room is designed as its own wet room. The room came with single use slippers and a night gown. It also had extra toiletries in packaging (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving razor, shaving gel, hair comb, shower cap) My room was perfect for exactly what I needed it for! It was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable hotel at Haneda Terminal 3

Very comfortable hotel in the international terminal of Haneda airport. Room was clean. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't speak of that. Otherwise if you want to be at the airport, this is the hotel to be at.
