This place was just great. The rooms were big, the beds were a bit hard but not terrible. Everything you could have possibly forgot was provided in the room. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We had a “hearth room” which included the lounge/ club. The happy hour was just okay but the breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

The staff truly stood out with politeness and commitment to service. My daughter ended up being sick the last day and this gentleman helped my wife and I out so much. I didn’t catch his name but he truly was amazing for my family.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with checking in, and were extremely kind with our request to hold our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We were also provided guidance to the bus station to the airport shuttle to ensure that there were no issues. As English speaking guests, there were no issues with a language barrier. It was overall a great experience.

Great hotel! Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free bus to the Disney Parks right outside. We didn't try the breakfast as we found it a bit expensive.

It was very difficult to speak to someone in English. Disney is a world wide event and there appears to be no effort to accomodate those who speak English. T For example elevision programs , signage etc

The hotel staff was extremely kind and courteous and the hotel room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good and convenience store and Disney store both very handy to have.

We were able to get a late check out which was great as our plane didn’t leave until 10pm so it gave us time to relax and pack before heading g to the airport at 5 pm. Staff was very friendly and I would recommend.
