I have been in quite few hotels in my 72 years. This one by far is the best. Tha appearance and the staff were by far the very best. Their helpfulness was by far exceptional. If I ever go back I will stay there.

We arrived early and were immediately greeted by the hotel staff. The attendant was very nice and gave me a receipt for my bags which would be delivered to my room at check in time. We caught the free shuttle bus to Maihama Station and took a train to Odaiba to pass the time. When we returned to the hotel, we received our room key and found the room to be clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The buffet breakfast every morning was wonderful. There were so many good things to eat and the staff was very kind and attentive. We really loved the location of this hotel because of it's proximity to the Disney parks and also for the convenient shuttle to Maihama station. The hotel also provided information on how to access a prepaid bus service to the airport that would pick us up from our hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall okay, they do provide transport, the facilities feel up to date, staff is friendly, breakfast and the restaurants available to you are good. That being said you do have to rely on the bus transportations to get to Maihama Station and to Bayside Station because the area around the hotel is sparse and not very walkable. To get to Maihama it is over 20 min walk and bayside station is also about 10/15 min walk. The buses don’t run very often. Three times an hour seems fine in theory, until it gets full (which is often) and you end up having to wait an additional 20 minutes for the next one. And at 20 min, you can just tough out the walk back to the hotel instead, at the expensive of your already tired feet. Because the buses run so infrequently, the lines are long to get in to them.

Our room was excellent, with everything we needed. The hotel shops were great for emergency snacks. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with every type of meal possible to get you started for the day. The free bus to the parks and shopping was always on time and took 5 minutes. Great location and would definitely visit again.

Wonderful experience

A better experience than you'd imagine. Very convenient to access from airport and free busses to Disney properties and the local train. Gorgeous views of the bay and the city if you luck out on that side. Has a konbini inside which is super useful, and the spa is surprisingly good.
