Quality hotel for family

Hotel very well located. Perfect for visiting Disneyland and central Tokyo. Staff are all very friendly and well trained. The room is clean and tidy.

My stay at Tokyo East Side was fantastic. The location is right in front of a train station and the staff was so great! They went above and beyond any requests/questions we asked. The room was also very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and i loved the pajamas. They do have a little refrigerator, which is nice. The hotel is across the street from the shiomi station, so very convenient to getting around. Tokyo Station is about 10 min train ride. Very quiet neighborhood.

Would have given 5* all round. But for 2 problems, the breakfast food was never hot, with waiters continually openibg the lids on the hotplate containers even after customers closed them. Until the checkout day, very little understanding of English on the reception desk. All staff very pleasant even if difficult to understand.

The hotel was excellent and affordable for our in-season stay. The train station was right across the street, making it easy to reach our destinations. There were many convenience stores nearby, including one inside the hotel, as well as a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Japan.

We love staying here with the bunk beds arrangement. The breakout buffet is excellent with many hot food options, cook to order eggs, fruits and desserts. They have self service laundry that is affordable if you need to do a full load. The location is convenient right across from the JR station and some restaurants nearby. A 24 hours udon restaurant and a grocery store.

Property condition was great. Very clean and quiet. 2 restaurants, and a lounge/cafe on site although we only went to breakfast here once. Thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes, lotions, bath salt etc. available for free in the lobby. Train station located directly across the street so was very easy to get to and from different locations in the city. Several convienience stores and a supermarket within a couple minutes walk. Would absolutely stay here again

We chose this location because it was close to the train station. The hotel is well kept and the service was great. Room size is huge compared to other hotels we have been to. A separate bathroom, separate toilet room, and an extra sink in the hallway. Lots of room to lay out your luggages. Lots of washing machines in the laundry room. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. Great selection of food and the service was awesome as well. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

By far our favorite hotel in Japan (out of 4 hotels we stayed at within 7 days). It is right next to the Shiomi Station so getting around the city is easy. The facility is clean and very neat. They offer plentiful of amenities. They had a bath salt table that you can make your own bath salt pouches to use. They had details on Airporter to transport your luggage and there’s a Family Marr situated right inside the hotel. There’s a little cafe and clothing store inside the hotel as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and neat. Staff is very nice and friendly. Helped with our luggage and questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Being across the street from the subway is a plus, and only a few stops away from Tokyo Station which is a venue all in itself! A walkable neighborhood, however not many local destinations. The hotel offers a complementary bath salt self serve “bar” in the lobby that is a nice touch.
