We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back from the bottom of the Whistler gondola to the Pinnacle as we didn’t mind the 5-10 min walk in our boots. Friendly, helpful staff! Would stay again for sure.

The staff is incredible, the location is ideal, the vibe of the place is great for all ages, and the workers go out of their way to make you feel special. If you love dogs, it’s a let friendly place and you will see a ton of them! Ski valet, in building rentals, and location at the base of Blackcomb make this a can’t miss vacation!

Stag was friendly and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Out bath tub might need a good scrub as there was some lines under the soap holder. All else was great.

The Hotel is welcoming and friendly with our room being cleaned daily. It is on the south end of the village but we loved it for its quietter surroundings and outdoor pool and hottub. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and well stocked with towel and mini bar/food. Even though pet friendly, no smell or animal hair. Great front desk staff, and valet service.
