Check in was much more efficient than my last stay (when it was rude and inefficient). Bed linen quality is excellent and room sound proofing good. But, sheets don’t properly fit beds, facilities showing signs of wear and stains. Bar etc very cold and inhospitable. Really is this an Accor “luxury” hotel?

I am 5” and the shower head was pointed to the wall. I couldn’t reach it to change direction. Making sure it’s pulled out to shower would be helpful.

excellent one-night stay: comfortable, clean, and helpful, nice staff. and good disability help to get to terminal 5. Dinner at Vivre excellent! good service, superb food; vegetables outstanding! very pleased overall. quiet too. good gift shop: I bought all the necessary gifts quickly; there was a decent choice of tourist-oriented gifts; my friends liked what I gave them. Bathroom good but shower drain sluggish. good choice of bathtub with handheld shower as well as shower stall. I didn't go out so I know nothing about the exterior. I would definitely stay here again. on the expensive side but the value was there.

This was a great hotel to stay at and so convenient just to walk to right in Heathrow. Very luxurious and the spa was fabulous. Rooms were very nice as well. Front desk staff very accommodating.

The staff is incredibly attentive and made sure I was taken care of during my overnight stay. The AC unit in my room was broken so they upgraded me to a larger suite.
