Cheap Hotels in Boston Heights

Hotel felt and looked very clean. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool.

First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in.

The elevator was very slow but they are working on them, great location for downtown! Perfect for sports events!

The hotel was downtown but within walking distance to rock n roll hall of fame/ science center, and the browns football stadium. The hotel rates and parking rates were better than the others for this day.

Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. No coffee replaced, no soap and shampoo replaced. The one morning I went down for breakfast they weren’t open and then when they did openthe coffee was cold, sausage was cold, not impressed. The complementary coffee they have in the lobby. It’s cold. The machine didn’t work, and the area was nasty. The first night I was there my phone didn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel and ask for a phone which I didn’t get until the next day when I went down to the front desk and picked it up myself, I asked for extra towels and two blankets that I didn’t get till the next day when I went down to the front desk to get them myself. I could keep going, but I think you get the drift. I feel sorry for the two managers that are taking a lot of grief because the hotel doesn’t hire competent and enough employees to staff for the needs of the customer. The day manager did adjust my bill and I was grateful for that, but it can’t erase the horrid experience I had for four days there.

Clean room, the only complaint was the HVAC system was not cooling down the room.
