Hotel is well located near city hall.Concierge very helpful. Housekeeping had room looking immaculate.Great views from premier bay room.Easy to get to airport and cruise terminal via MRT. Negatives, room noisy- from streets below on 17th floor, not sure if they were even double glazed.Adjoining room doors noise suppression not up to scratch with noisy occupants next door.Avoid rooms with adjoining doors.

My absolute favorite thing about the property was the bed!!!!!I LOVE a firm mattress and this hotel delivered. I got some of the best sleep on the mattress. I will be contacting them to get the brand of mattress so that I could purchase one. I know that the property went thru a full renovation and all I can say is that the money was well-spent. The overall hotel was 5-star with ambiance! food! personnel and location. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. BIG Kudos on the customer service! This hotel is a people first hotel and I will definitely be back!!! If for nothing else, I will be back for the bed!!

Check in and check out was slow. I've never spent so much time checking in and checking out. Bathroom had a drainage smell. I've experienced this smell in other Asian countries, it comes from the drain in the floor. Our room was spacious and clean however it had an adjoining door to the next room and our neighbors were very loud, started around 12:45 am until 2:30 am. i feel a five star hotel should not have adjoining doors due to the noise transfer.

The room was nice and did what it needed to do. The shower was great, but access to the shower and toilet were too narrow with very limited space. If I had been sharing, it would have been awkward. Wi-Fi was poor and breakfast and room service need improving.

Whilst our room was well appointed (fairly standard type room) I thought it was overpriced for what it was. We elected to pay for breakfast on our first morning which was not worth the money. One of the staff members told us the top breakfast room was full, it only had 3 tables in use, there were dirty tables & dishes everywhere. Check in was very slow, only 2 open. We had checked in online but we’re still held up. Unable to get any info from the hotel about sightseeing and tours. The staff at the bar downstairs were very friendly and helpful & the older gentleman at concierge was the most helpful. Would we stay again? No

HOtel was great, room great, staff great, bed and bedding outstanding. Only annoying bit was the unaccountable WhatsApp messages from head office asking me to do this and do that, none of which the front desk staff knew anything about so all had to be duplicated
