The staff were very helpful. A great location for a layover at Heathrow terminal 5. Super convenient. However, one of the mattresses in our room was sagging resulting in uncomfortable and uneven support and aching back and shoulder in the morning. Reported it to the front desk. Hope they will replace it for their next guests.

Rooms are large but the furniture and fixtures are dated. The biggest issue we had was a lack of power outlets. In 2025, a five-star hotel should be better equipped for guests’ modern technology.

The hotel itself is in a very good location, rooms are nice, beding is nice; however, the low rating is because the shower did notbhave good water flow, and the bathtub didn't close. If you arrive late, make sure these are usable before you undressed. You may want to change rooms. It was really late and my stay was only for six hours. I was very disappointed that i couldn't even shower or take a good bath.

Perfect for a short stay when you have a very early flight from terminal 5. Rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. The restaurant and bar are OK and staff are always polite and efficient.

No bath towels in the room - had to ring housekeeping and they took 15 minutes to bring them. Not good enough when time is tight at an airport. Kettle was left with yellow (cleaning fluid) in it. I just hope it wasn’t urine.
