The only problem is the name there are two Hilton garden inn at heathrow.i believed my booking was for the one at terminal 3 .it was not (but still the stay was fine).

There are two Hilton Garden inns near terminal 3. I wanted the one which was at T3, 8 mins walk as had lot luggage and didnt want to transfer. This was not the one. Would be sensible to name them clearly so you are not disappointed!

Firstly change its name so you don't try and book into its other Heathrow hotel with rhe same name (how stupid is that). Its also in a totally useless position with no access to the underground!! Rooms are very small and bathroom too small if you're over 6ft tall. Staff are great, restaurant and bar pretty decent. are great

The staff were incredible!! When we checked in, the woman helping us gave my 10 month old daughter a stuffed animal. That little dog made it all the way home to Idaho with us, it was so thoughtful. Then at dinner, our waiter was amazing and gave my daughter 5 star service, it was so cute!
