It’s an airport transit hotel. Short stays, quick turnaround. It’s location and customer set up is idea for this function. Rooms are good size, and insulated from airport noise. However, managing the inside noise level could be better. Good luck finding any facility yourself in the Heathrow complex.

Got in late from a delayed flight. Went to the wrong Hilton at first, completely my fault. All the Hilton staff were helpful (at both locations). It was quiet and clean. Perfect for a quick kip before hopping a train to my next destination!

Short break for family of four with autistic child

Stayed here many times. Great venue, easy to park and commute from via local tube. Easy access to Heathrow. Staff always courteous and friendly. Breakfast is buffet with large selection. Only thing to improve on is mattresses quality and pillows but overall very good - I do recommend often.

Unfortunately it was the wrong Hilton. Wanted the one at terminal 2. Shall be seeing about refund as paid to stay at correct Hilton over £200 pounds. They said Expedia do this often

This hotel is NOT at Heathrow airport. Its misleading! It was a 50£ (and 15min) taxi ride away. The morning shuttle to the airport never showed up and i paid another 30 pounds to get back to the airport. Be warned, this hotel is not at the airport and not convenient.

The morning Breakfast at the property was 16 euros I believe. It was very good with so many options!! Overall this stay is a good quick option for those staying overnight layover or a couple nights. It gets the job done. The food at the hotel restaurant was good but ours was just normal-ish. I would say the fish and chips were ok and the pizza wasn’t anything special. But again, it was decent and got the job done. The staff were all great and helpful.

The hotel is well-served by a shuttle bus service, and was spotlessly clean. The staff - especially receptionist Abegail - were courteous, friendly, kind and attentive. Although I was initially concerned about the hotel's location, I found it quite convenient and my stay was pleasurable.

Laughable shuttle service to Heathrow

The room and service were fine, but the main reason I chose this hotel was the provision of a shuttle bus to T3 Heathrow. I was down early to catch the 5.08am bus. It hadn't turned up by 5.35am so I had to order a taxi at £30! The receptionist said they are often late or don't turn up at all! Disgraceful!
