Brilliantly situated adjacent to T5, a mere 3 minute undercover walk straight into the terminal. Great value for money and would highly recommend to anyone requiring an overnight stay before a morning flight. The restaurant prices were on the high side but enough dining options in the arrival and departure areas of the Terminal.

The carpeting in the room seemed dirty and the room a bit musty. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Dinner at La Belle Epoque was pretentious and over priced but the food was good. Service was unsatisfactory as we had to look for the server several times throughout the meal. At this price you would think white linen but instead rather gauche laminated tables. Also, look at the overhead lights- corrosion or growth- yuck!

Lovely clean rooms and comfortable bed. Extremely convenient being a few steps from the terminal for easy check-in especially when you have an early flight. Food and drinks rather overpriced however, which made us feel a bit ripped off. £15 for a gin and tonic??
