Expedia screwed me over as the app changed the dates when i was booking so on arrival there was no booking and my son had to find somewhere else to stay at 10pm. Then we couldnt change the date of stay so they basicalky took my money for nothing. Wont use booking app again or hotel.

Room was dusty with old furniture and room service was non existent during the week I was staying there. I was told I had to collect my own supplies if anything ran out and that rooms are generally only serviced once a week. The room didn't look anything like the online photos on the website. I felt cheated. At one point I saw someone's socks and pants left to dry on the bushes. There was no lift. Stairwells were so dirty. I wasn't even allowed to enter the reception at check in and had to receive the keys while the reception entrance was locked behind steel bars. No one checked my ID at check in or check out. The heat pump got noisy sometimes. The safe lock didn't work as the battery had run out so I was given a key for it.

Staying here is good value. We had an overnight stay and the unit was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower good. Our room was two level with quite steep stairs and the living room furniture was tired/ordinary. The dining room and bar didn’t seem to be set up and welcoming - operating on an order only basis. But overall, a good stay and we'd use the hotel again.

Upon arrival, the room had a strong damp and musky smell, which immediately raised concern. After looking closer, I discovered mould growing in the carpet. The air quality was terrible, and I started feeling sicker each day I stayed there. Despite reporting the issue, I received no refund or proper resolution from the hotel. This level of neglect is unacceptable and poses a genuine health risk to guests.
