Ideal for stress free travel

This is the ultimate convenience for stress free travel. Entrance is in T3 arrivals. There’s an M&S almost opposite the entrance and further catering options in departure.

Would not recommend. Staff is terrible. Room was so small we could not open our suitcase at the same time. Poor quality. Tiny bathroom. NO windows!!!! Terrible value for the money

If you’re charging close to $400/night you need to at the very least make sure the room is clean. The trash from the previous occupant hadn’t been taken out in the first room we checked into. We switched rooms and found a baby feeding bottle under one of the beds. The rooms are quite dirty in general. Also none of the rooms have windows which is very depressing.

Toe nail on the floor, shower drain was clogged and overflowed into the bathroom within 5 mins in the shower, no windows, very noisy in the hall. I did appreciate the convenient location in Terminal 3 but I was very pricey. They allowed me to check out late with a charge.

Small room, very clean with coffee/tea making facilities and complementary bottled water. Right in Terminal 3 so very convenient as we had a 6.55 flight. Toiletries, clean white towels provided at a great price.

We have stayed here a few times because it is handy when delayed at Heathrow. It is clean but very small. Hard to fit 2 people and luggage.

The hotel is only good location is the near airport, but no refrigerator, no air conditioner not good properly. Not many restaurants and not other sightseeing nearby. Good for one night stay to catch flights.
