Great staff and service. Large, comfortable room and bath except for extremely hard mattress and pillow. We did not sleep well. Although we loved the meal and service, we would probably pass due to the poor night’s sleep.

Can’t beat this location if flying in or out of terminal 4. Closest to terminal 4. If arriving great for sleeping. If leaving, forget about airline warning of arriving 2 & 1/2 hours early before flight. Get up and go to terminal 1-1 1/2 hrs before fight. Great location.

Our room was not clean upon arrival. It had a huge vomit stain on the carpet as soon as we walked in. The towels were also damp in the bathroom. Also, the bed was a king, but the pillows were tiny and flat. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and eager to help. It was the cleanliness I had a problem with.
