Firstly change its name so you don't try and book into its other Heathrow hotel with rhe same name (how stupid is that). Its also in a totally useless position with no access to the underground!! Rooms are very small and bathroom too small if you're over 6ft tall. Staff are great, restaurant and bar pretty decent. are great

The staff were incredible!! When we checked in, the woman helping us gave my 10 month old daughter a stuffed animal. That little dog made it all the way home to Idaho with us, it was so thoughtful. Then at dinner, our waiter was amazing and gave my daughter 5 star service, it was so cute!

I found the serve yourself cafeteria very convenient. My biggest disappointment is the fact that the hotel had rooms available when we arrived. But instead of giving us a room, they said we are early and check in wasn’t till 3pm. However if we paid 15£ ($30Au for us) we could have a room now. Penny pinching money grabbing at its best. If you have rooms ready then take care of your customers and make them feel looked after and special. I can guarantee that not one person who is charged the fee to get in a room early even though the room is just sitting there waiting for you, is jumping with joy saying it is a great service. The staff and hotel itself are very good, but I think the business structure should be happy with the amount you have charged the customer for the room and if it’s available when the customer arrives then just give it to them. The good will is worth more than the being ripped off feeling you are giving.

I thought I’d booked at the Hilton next to Terminal 2 so had to use shuttle bus. A long wait at the airport but the important early morning shuttle was punctual. Staff at the desk were helpful. Fish and chips on the menu was very average but bedroom was good and bed was comfortable.
