This was perfect for our early flight back home. There is a good restaurant downstairs and a cute bar upstairs. There was a false fire drill alarm that went off around 12pm but, other than that a great stay!

We stayed here to avoid a cross-city drive for an early morning flight. It’s SO convenient to Heathrow Terminal 2&3. You literally walk across a parking lot and you’re there. The hotel is clean and comfortable but it’s pretty spartan and it is not quiet. Not a “I would stay here a week for relaxation and rest” place but “this is a safe and easy option while you’re on the move” place. The staff is super helpful and kind. I would stay there again in a minute.

More than satisfactory for an airport hotel

Delivers what it says on the tin - a good airport hotel. Observation area on top is very nice but dont buy a drink. Crazy prices, 20 pounds for a gin and tonic. Room is lacking florishes but more than adequate for an overnighter.

Would have been full 5 stars though the travel cot that was supplied did not have a mattress. This was not noticed until the morning. Rather than a matted, it had a sheet with two towels beneath it.
